What should I bring to my First Class?

You don’t need anything fancy for your Pilates Classes.

The most important thing is your Pilates or Yoga Mat.

You can get these well priced at places like Kmart and Big W

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows full movement

Your water bottle

Pillow or towel to support your head if needed

Arriving prepared will help you focus on stretching, bending, and unwinding effectively during your session.
