Our Jandakot classes are designed for adults who want to improve strength, balance, flexibility and mobility in a supportive and encouraging setting.
Held at Jandakot Hall in Anning Park, these classes focus on feel-good movement for real life — helping you stay active, move with confidence and enjoy the benefits of regular exercise at your own pace.
Whether you're returning to movement after a break, looking to maintain your fitness, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more energised, you'll be supported every step of the way.

What Should I Bring?
You don't need anything fancy to attend class.
Just bring:
• A Pilates or yoga mat
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
• A water bottle
• A small towel or pillow for extra comfort if needed
If you're new to Pilates, don't worry — we'll guide you through everything.
Arriving prepared will help you focus on stretching, bending, and unwinding effectively during your session.
