I’m Kristy, a Pilates and fitness professional with over 17 years of experience helping people move with confidence, feel stronger in their bodies, and calmer in their minds.

Through mindful stretching, thoughtful breathing, and intelligent sequencing, my classes energise the body while calming the mind — leaving you feeling capable, grounded, and ready for whatever the day brings.

Many years ago, I founded Amaranti’s Personal Training & Pilates, putting my heart and soul into creating a warm, safe space where people could move, challenge themselves, and grow. Today, I proudly deliver a diverse range of programs, including:

  • Mat Pilates Programs – Strength-building, posture-focused classes designed to improve mobility, core stability and overall body awareness.

  • Reformer Pilates – Dynamic, low-impact sessions that increase strength, flexibility and control using specialist equipment.

  • Age-Friendly Pilates – Gentle yet effective classes supporting balance, joint health and confidence for mature bodies.

  • Women’s Boxing & Fitness – Empowering, high-energy workouts that build strength, coordination and confidence.

  • Move & Improve (50+) – Functional fitness classes focused on staying strong, mobile and independent for everyday life.
