Move, strengthen and reset with our welcoming Pilates classes at Apsley Community Centre — now offering both Tuesday evenings @ 4:30pm & Saturday mornings @ 9:00am.

Whether you’re easing into your week or starting your weekend feeling strong and refreshed, these sessions are perfect for busy people who want to move well, build strength and create balance in body and mind.

This intimate space accommodates up to 9 participants, allowing for personalised attention and a comfortable, supportive atmosphere. The room is light, clean and modern — conveniently located right next door to New Ground Café, perfect for a post-class coffee.

There’s plenty of free parking and we’re just 1 minute from the Rowley Road Freeway exit for easy access.
